Ok, I start new topic as preferred. And yes, I have entered name and license 100% correctly, but all I can get is "Name and License Pair could not be validated". I will revoke my Visa payment if I cannot get any help, soon. -- Edited by neko at 17:20, 2008-01-27

ive been trying for several days. user name is right, passkey ive copied and paste as well as type in by hand, nothing works. will not pay for this through cc

I did a copy/paste of my new license key and verified my name is correct, but I received message "Name and License Pair could not be validated".

My activation code did not work. Emailed support and after answering a question that they had concerning my system code they issued me a new activation code that worked. Total time I had to wait for new code was less than 2 hours. I call that great! The program works great also.
