I purchased a used PC and would like to use my licensed copy of window zones on it, is this possible? I get an error message that the name and key do not match. Thanks!

IVE PAID FOR UNLIMITED DOWN LOADS AND THIS PRODUCT, ONLY BOUGHT IT BECAUSE DOWNLOAD.COM RECCOMENDED IT. IM GETTING TO THE POINT WHERE I WANT A REFUND IF IT DOESN'T GET SORTED. I'LL BE POSTING MY CONCERNS ON DOWNLOAD.COM IF THIS DOSN'T GET SORTED.

I did a copy/paste of my new license key and verified my name is correct, but I received message "Name and License Pair could not be validated". im thinking of getting a refund, this is ridiculous.

I pressed the update tab with the following results:A newer version of WindowZones is available! Your version: V1.0 1.0.1.52. 1.0 Current version:It instructs me to download the current version.......Is it ok to download the current version 1.0?

I'm experiencing the same issues that others are having. Please assist. I can not validate the license that I just bought and it's frustrating. I'm doing everything it's telling me to do.
