I have followed your instructions to activate WindowZones, but a message comes up as follows:'The name and license pair you provided could not be validated. Please double-check that you have entered them exactly'. I'm at a lost with this as I am following your instructions with no joy. Here is my system ID: C8CB-B323I look forward to your rapid response.

idea  PS.......I have also e-mailed you with the above issue.

Hi Yamkin,

Can you email (or post if you are comfortable with that) the name you have entered in the "User Name" box on the Upgrade tab? If you want to email, please send it to support (at) bytecrusher.com. We'll get this sorted out for you asap.

I received a reply to my e-mail with a new License Key and all works ok now.
I had to uninstall my old anti-virus software as it was slowing down my pc plus other crazy things!Even though I now have WindowZones installed, the 'Windows Security Alert' Shows and says that no anti-virus software is present.Could you confirm that I am now protected with anti-virus WindowZones please? If so, is there a way of removing the alert?Also, I pressed the update tab with the following results:A newer version of WindowZones is available! Your version: V1.0 1.0.1.521.0 Current version:It instructs me to download the current version.......Is it ok to download the current version 1.0?
