About a month ago, I began receiving the error message as follows: "Windowzones is unable to load one or more of your preferences. Default settings will be used instead". Since this occurred, I have been unable to perform any administrative functions even though I am the one and only computer administrator since new. Anybody got a clue, HP and CNET couldn't help but both say it is the Windowzones application.
