What to do now???

I downloaded this program and now I can not do anything with it because it tells me I must be the admin to do it.........AND I AM THE ONLY USER OF THIS COMPUTER AND AM THE ADMIN!!!  I can not delete or change anything!  I can not even defrag!!!!  This sucks and I want to delete and remove but I can't even do that now!!  HELP?!?!?!?!

Hi,

I'm sorry that you are having problems. Hopefully we can get you fixed up right away.

When you log into your computer do you use a password? Can you open WindowZones, go to the programs tab, and see if there is a process called "explorer.exe" in the Safe Zone?
