Are firewall and antivirus programs still necessary?

Hi, Can someone tell me if I still need to run firewall and antivirus programs in addition to WindowZone? Can I just run WindowZone alone and be safe?......I am currently running: Outpost Security Suite Pro, TrojanHunter and SpywareBlaster.weirdface
